CX Orchestration & Connected CX Automation
Technical Team Launch Space
This launch page is the starting point for the internal operating machine supporting CX Orchestration and Connected CX Automation. Use it to move from generic demo design into reusable pattern hardening, derivative prioritization, commercialization planning, and future named-solution definition.
What this internal space is for
This is not a public demo catalog. It is Integral’s internal solution-development machine for technical prioritization, reusable pattern harvesting, derivative expansion, and named-solution elevation. The purpose is to create a repeatable path from idea to demo, from demo to pilot candidate, and from proven workflow to stronger CX Orchestration and Connected CX Automation offerings.
- Use the Demo / Sales Enablement workspace to manage generic customer-showable demos and lead-story priorities for the Launch and Extend solution families.
- Use the Commercialization / Product Readiness workspace to quantify pilot potential, derivative configuration, packaging, and pricing logic for future CX Orchestration and Connected CX Automation offers.
- Use the shared inventory and intake template as the source of truth so both workspaces stay aligned.
How to think about the machine
- Green = lead demo stories now
- Blue = strongest next packaging and commercialization candidates
- Orange = reusable patterns and accelerators that should be hardened once and reused repeatedly
- Demo ready means customer-showable in a generic environment
- Pilot readiness and named-solution readiness are tracked separately in the commercialization workspace
Choose a workspace
Demo / Sales Enablement Machine
Use this workspace to decide what should be built as a generic demo, what should be shown now, and which use cases best support near-term selling.
- Manage concept -> demo design -> demo ready progression
- Prioritize current lead demo stories and bridge stories
- See which patterns and modules each demo reuses
- Support internal technical planning and sales enablement alignment
Commercialization / Product Readiness Machine
Use this workspace to take worthy items beyond the generic demo into pilot thinking, derivative configuration, named-solution analysis, pricing, and blueprint capture.
- Track pilot readiness, named-solution readiness, and pricing hypotheses
- Capture how a generic demo changes for a derivative or a customer-specific configuration
- Document what should be elevated, what should be held, and what future references should be captured
- Turn reusable technical work into commercialization logic and future offer structure
Portfolio logic
Best current demo stories. Use these to focus build effort, show value quickly, and support early commercial conversations.
Strong next-step candidates for pilot definition, derivative packaging, and named-solution analysis once reuse is clearer.
Reusable workflow patterns and accelerators that should be hardened once and then used across multiple demos and future offers.
